My vehicle was towed to Demmer without power in the early afternoon. The driver side window was down.My vehicle was left on the lot overnight with the window down. There was no attempt to restore power enoug afternoon. The driver side window was down.My vehicle was left on the lot overnight with the window down. There was no attempt to restore power enough to raise the window. It rained overnight into the window, the carpeting and seats entirely wet the next morning. I had my vehicle towed to another dealership for service. The power was immediately restored enough to raise the window soon as the vehicle arrived ,which was less then 10 minutes as it continued to rain.The service advisor at Demmer was aware of this situation and yet nothing was done to remedy the problem.This was my first and last visit to Demmer Lincoln. Racha, our salesperson was fantastic. Very easy to talk to & not be pushy !!! She took her time to explain the controls of the vehicle as well as loaded the Lincoln App for us. Before today's experience, I have always rated this dealership five stars. However, the service advisor insulted my intelligence when calling to voice my frustration regarding a loaner vehicle. Why a dealership five stars. However, the service advisor insulted my intelligence when calling to voice my frustration regarding a loaner vehicle. Why are certain radio stations (rap stations) unauthorized in this vehicle, but others (country stations) are not restricted. Initially, the advisor told me that a previous customer made settings to the vehicle using my key. However in another sentence stated it was complicated to do and you need both keys. I do understand things happen, but acknowledge it and fix it. DO NOT TELL A CUSTOMER THAT THEY ARE PUTTING TOO MUCH THOUGHT INTO A SITUATION! I just referred some friends to this dealership and I will definitely be sharing this experience with them. Jack Demmer have lost me as a return customer! I could not post this review without tagging someone I have worked with. Please do not associate my displeasure with the service department with Sam from new car sales. Sam has always been a pleasure to work with and always made sure I was taken care of in a professional manner. More
