I was very disappointed about my recent experience at Jack Demmer Ford. I felt that I was made to feel inadequate by the attitude of the service representative and the fact that I felt that I was treated Jack Demmer Ford. I felt that I was made to feel inadequate by the attitude of the service representative and the fact that I felt that I was treated as “an older woman who did not know what I was talking about as far as the problems of my car were concerned.“ My 2021 titanium all wheel drive Escape had about 3500 miles on it when I bought it when I leased it, but the warranty has been extended, and should cover all these items. Several things that I knew were not right with my car I believe were not even looked at, nor attempted to be fixed, because I was called the very next day to come and pick it up. They found “nothing wrong with my car.“ Even the automatic brights, which have not worked for me during the several months that I have had the car supposedly worked the one time that the manager tried them in the early morning hours in the dark. My car was washed, which was very nice, however, they did not even check under the hood, for I got an indication that the windshield washer fluid was low two days later. I will never take my car back for any kind of service to Jack Demmer Ford, nor will I ever look to lease or buy another car there. More
