My husband and I purchased a used minivan, before signing the paperwork we asked that they fixed a few things. Upon receiving the van we realized that they did not do the repairs and when my husband called t the paperwork we asked that they fixed a few things. We will NEVER deal with this dealership again!!!!!! Poor, poor experience. I must admit, the employee, Pat that we worked with was trying to help, it was the manager who was refusing to help us. Very good experience with Demmer. Family was long time customers of Demmer growing up then they moved to another dealer in area with not so great experiences. So, I decided to go back to Demmer, and I am customers of Demmer growing up then they moved to another dealer in area with not so great experiences. Jack Demmer is a certified AAA of Michigan repair center. This is how I ended up at this dealership. I took my vehicle in for body work on the passenger’s doors and the work that they did was very good. H This is how I ended up at this dealership. I took my vehicle in for body work on the passenger’s doors and the work that they did was very good. However after I picked up my vehicle I found that many trim pieces were broken in the trunk and the back seat and on the driver’s side. The work that was preformed was on the opposite side of the vehicle. I questioned how this happened and they did not have any direct answer for me. I would not recommend taking my vehicle there for any body repairs. More
