Harley is the best! He was very clear on explaining everything to me about my new vehicle and making sure I got a car I was going to be happy with! I chose a model with the sync etc. and I'm so glad I did! This is my first Ford, switching from Chrysler, so far I am really impressed, from the sales experience to my first week driving.
