Not happy with service, needed service and waited for a call back. I had to call and call to get anything done, Then they had my truck all day and did not do anything to it. Harley is the best! He was very clear on explaining everything to me about my new vehicle and making sure I got a car I was going to be happy with! I was going to get a less expensive model and I thin everything to me about my new vehicle and making sure I got a car I was going to be happy with! I was going to get a less expensive model and I think he knew I would be unhappy with it, because I have been driving more upgraded cars for the last 10 years. I chose a model with the sync etc. and I'm so glad I did! This is my first Ford, switching from Chrysler, so far I am really impressed, from the sales experience to my first week driving.
