We bought a used 2010 Ford Fusion SEL from them. Peter Azzouz was our salesman. Excellent experience. Peter was very responsive and friendly. Knew about details of car, and since we were buying from out of state (found on Autotrader) also knew about the paperwork required. The price was best I could find on internet for same model. Car was exactly as photos and description said, and we have been very pleased with it. We would recommend buying from Peter and this dealership. We live in KY but were visiting Michigan. Peter also agreed to drive the car about 50 miles to meet us and deliver the car. Have not had many good experiences buying from dealerships, but this was a very satisfying one More

I have been a customer of Jack Demmer Ford for 4 years now, and both of my parents are employees of Ford. I have leased a Fusion for the past three years, and I just entered into a new lease agreement wit now, and both of my parents are employees of Ford. I have leased a Fusion for the past three years, and I just entered into a new lease agreement with a Ford Escape. My overall experience with Jack Demmer Ford has been a positive one, however I do need to mention my experience with my order. I ordered an Escape Limited Edition with a 6-cylinder engine. This was a decision that was debated upon and finalized with the dealer at the time of order. The day my vehicle was delivered to the dealer, I received a phone call that my vehicle had arrived with a 4-cylinder engine, instead of the v-6 that was on the original order. The representative I worked with was apologetic and offered to order another vehicle with the correct engine, however considering I had waited 3 months for this vehicle to arrive (and my lease end was approaching), I chose to take the vehicle with the 4-cylinder engine. As this was not my first choice, I was disappointed with this experience. As a valued customer, I should be able to have the assurance that something as important as the "engine type" should be correct when my vehicle is built/delivered. My husband drives a Ford vehicle with a V-6, and I notice a distinct difference between the "pick-up" of his vehicle on the high-way versus mine. In no way does this reflect negatively upon my dealership representative, as she did her due-diligance in confirming that what she had ordered was, infact, a V-6 engine. However, this did impact my decision of continuing with this dealership the next time I need to order a new lease vehicle. More
I took delivery of 2012 Focus on 12/01/11 around 7:30 PM. Demmer was the only dealership that answered all my questions the first time. More
