We love the car, but the sales process was painful. We waited for over an hour to see someone and once we did get Mark's attention, we were treated like he couldn't get us out of there soon enough. Mind you, we bought a loaded Explorer -- off the lot and in cash. He then proceeded to call us days later and try and say we owed more money (apparently, in his rush -- he miscalculated the total).
