Michael answered all my questions re purchasing a new Ford. I believe I received a fair price for the value of my new ride. Once order was placed Robyn stayed on top of delivery process and updated myself without asking her. Finally car was delivered on Wednesday May 30,2012. Delivery handled very professionally without time delays of any sort. Robyn has also followed up with me since delivery to see if I had any questions, and how I like the new car.
