I went into the dealership because we received a flyer for their promotion. I was looking into leasing an Escape but decided to buy a certified pre-owned Escape. The experience was wonderful and Lori Mo for their promotion. I was looking into leasing an Escape but decided to buy a certified pre-owned Escape. The experience was wonderful and Lori Morris was very helpful as a matter of fact I went to look at one Escape (it was sold) and your customer service emailed me a list of Escapes available. In order for us to finalize the transaction we were looking for a certain trade in value for my 2001 Escape and they gave it to us! The one I ended up purchasing was one that was just turned in and not even in the system yet and I haven't been happier! I Love my Red Escape!! I would definitely recommond this dealership for any kind of purchase as they are very friendly and Lori Morris even met us on Saturday to sign the paperwork as my husband works out of town. She went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. More

Before even going to the dealership, I searched the web and requested a quote and info about purchasing a 2012 Focus. I received an immediate response via a telephone call and email. Then to arrive at the dearlership and be greeted by Elizabeth who in turn introduced me to my salesperson, Eric Walton. Eric was a fantastic salesperson! He asked questions and listened intently to my response and found the perfect car for me. After a test drive of the car he found for me - I was hooked and just had to purchase it. He was very professional and very helpful in assisting me with getting the most "bang for my buck". He also assisted me with getting to know the proper technique to easy operate the high tech sync system before I left the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Eric Walton.
