very dissapointed with the car when I went to pick it up. Was still able to see deep scratches in the hood where they did the repair. The body shop fix it the next day. Went to pick the car up again and wh Was still able to see deep scratches in the hood where they did the repair. The body shop fix it the next day. Went to pick the car up again and where the windshield was replaced the molding on the bottom was pulled up 1/4 inch, and they had to redo the molding again. They took the anntenna off of the car and didn't put it back on the car. I feel that the body shop people should have inspected the car before they called me to pick the car up. Roybn Boyd is a pleasure to deal with. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from her within the last 4 years. She sent me a birthday card which I thought was very nice. I saw Houston Guyton today regarding a warranty problem and 2 recall problems with my 2012 Focus. He did a great job of working with me to resolve the recall issues and arranged for completion of the warranty work as soon as the needed part is ordered and available. He has an outstanding personality for dealing with customers in a very pleasant way and is a real credit to your organization in my opinion. He (and Robyn Boyd) is the reason why I returned to Demmer for my recent 2013 Escape purchase. He has nice smile and has always been very courteous and helpful to me. Purchase a used CERTIFIED F150 supercrew 4X4 with 53K miles. First they were not going to sell me the truck at the agreed upon price. (wanted more money after I got there) On the way home the heater miles. First they were not going to sell me the truck at the agreed upon price. (wanted more money after I got there) On the way home the heater stopped working. Called and my response was nothing they would do for me. (blender door motor is bad. $40 + 1 hour labor). Got home found that the drive s door bottom seal was coming off. Again nothing they could do. Now with 600 mile (I put on truck) the front hubs are bad. Having to take it to another dealer to get the work done, on this FINE CERTIFIED TRUCK THAT I PURCHASED. Will not be back to this dealer for anything!!!!! GOOD LUCK IF YOU BUY USED. More
