I am a very detailed vehicle shopper and need a lot of information before I purchase a vehicle. I have been working with Mark, my vehicle salesperson, for several months. Each time he has been very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Jack Demmer Ford and Mark Movessian in particular. Mr. Rabin was a very smug/arrogant salesman. I will never visit this dealership again based on my experience with him. The good news though, I found the same car up the road at Fairlane Ford. I went into Jack Demmer Ford to consider purchasing a new Ford Explorer for my wife. The reason I chose this dealer is because I recieved a mailer with winning numbers to a free gift. There were 4 gifts incl Ford Explorer for my wife. The reason I chose this dealer is because I recieved a mailer with winning numbers to a free gift. There were 4 gifts including $10,000.00, A 42 inch TV, an I Pad and a $500 Walmart Gift Card. Wow nothing less than an I pad and I definately had both matching numbers and have definately won! Sounds Great Right? Wrong! When I arrived the salesman told me that I won a $1 scratch off lottery ticket( not even a megga millions ticket or anything like that!)Then I was told that there were origionally 5 gifts but a 3rd party printing company accidentally cut the 5th gift off which was a lottery ticket. Rally? Wow. What a low down dirty scam to get a car sale! This is one terrible sales tactic that is very fraudulent. Due to this scam. I vow to never buy anything from Jack Demmer Ford! I will warn everyone I know about the misrepresentations of Jack Demmer Ford's sales tactics! More

Demmer sends out electonic thank yous for the purchase. I would think there would be personal calls asking how things are going, etc. You seem to take the customers for granted once you complete the sale. very dissapointed with the car when I went to pick it up. Was still able to see deep scratches in the hood where they did the repair. The body shop fix it the next day. Went to pick the car up again and wh Was still able to see deep scratches in the hood where they did the repair. The body shop fix it the next day. Went to pick the car up again and where the windshield was replaced the molding on the bottom was pulled up 1/4 inch, and they had to redo the molding again. They took the anntenna off of the car and didn't put it back on the car. I feel that the body shop people should have inspected the car before they called me to pick the car up.
