Worst experience I ever had at a dealership. I leased my vehicle from them 2.5 years ago, and received something in the mail stating they were "aggressively" looking for used cars. I contacted my sales rep, vehicle from them 2.5 years ago, and received something in the mail stating they were "aggressively" looking for used cars. I contacted my sales rep, and told him what my payoff was on the vehicle and asked if that was possible because I did not want to drive in if we were too far apart. They stated that the car should appraise for the payoff value. I drove out to the dealership, and they offered me $1,000 less than the value we discussed over the phone. When I spoke to the general manager, he stated that it was his fault and that the used car person didn't know he had given me a value. When I told him I was concerned about the whole issue, and it felt like a "bait and switch" scenario, he got angry. I ended up calling Ford customer service and registered my concerns. Apparently, Ford sent a letter to the dealership, and the general manager called me and said that I was a liar, screamed at me and then hung up on me. I still can't believe that the general manager yelled at a potential customer and then hung up on me. I would suggest going to another Ford dealership. More

We have been coming to Jack Demmer for 11 years now. We have always purchased an F150. However with tough times and no jobs we had to turn in our 2010 F150 BIg Red. But Mike Mester was wonderful. He got us into a new 2013 Fusion pretty much loaded, amazing color, leather inside and a great ride. But best of all working with Mike and Sue they were able to help us get our payments down and make out on gas economy. We wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase or lease a vehicle as we know Mike has our best interest at heart. And my husband Loves the new ride..... And the service department is very attentive and listens to you. Thanks Mike and Jack Demmer for all you do for your customers. We'll be back again and I will send as many people t you as I can.
