The test drive experience was great, and my salesman Bob Pugh was able to locate a 2013 Ford Focus ST in the paint color I wanted, Tangerine Scream Tri-coat Metallic, at nearby Bill Brown Ford. Demmer had my car at their dealership the next day, Thursday, July 11th, and said that I could pick it up that evening. Due to schedule conflicts, I didn't actually pick up the car until Monday, July 15th, and there were zero issues when I got my new car. I am very pleased with my sales experience at Jack Demmer Ford.
