While the vehicle I had originally came to see was unrealistic for me I was shown many other options and models I was unaware were available. Lots of options here and everyone was prompt with regard to phone calls, emails and getting the deal done. I am very pleased overall. I also received an email from their service department right away regarding an upcoming check-up for my vehicle to follow in line with the scheduled maintenance schedule. Over the course of that time, I have watched this dealership improve 100 fold in terms of customer service, friendliness and vehicle service. Scott Daugherty has been my salesman for several years now and he does an excellent job. His attention to detail and my needs is outstanding. My last vehicle purchase was handled by a partner of Scott's, Al Rabin and Al also did a great job. The Service Department has also improved greatly over the last several years. They are also much more attentive to customer needs and I feel they are very honest, which to me, says a lot.
