Quick Oil Change visits I have never needed the expertise of the repair department but I do regularly use my Demmer dealership for all my oil change works packages. I was most impressed with the overall room that the Transit offered me. More headroom that any vehicle including my F-150 that I have ever known. Bob looked through the computer for options he thought I would like with the color choice that we approved of and came up with a winner. I came disappointed from the other Ford dealer (North Brothers at Ford Road) wher I just bought a 2014 Ford Escape from Franc Bartus at Demmer Ford. I came disappointed from the other Ford dealer (North Brothers at Ford Road) where the sales person there (J. Litchfield) did a poor job to get me the Escape I needed, took long time and no good returns of phone call) but once I came to Jack Demmer Ford, Franc was "Excellent" getting me the 2014 Escape I was looking for... I closed the deal quickly with confidence. The paperwork also was fast and efficient. My daughters enjoyed the experience so much, it was the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever made!
