Brought my car in for a few recalls and was told it will take a couple of days. It took over 4 days to fix. On the 3rd day I got a call saying they broke something while trying to fix one of the recalls. No take a couple of days. It took over 4 days to fix. The last time I was at Jack Demmer, I got the works package. Well I paid for the works package. They told me my rear breaks were shot and needed pads and rotors. I stopped on my way home and got the pa package. Well I paid for the works package. They told me my rear breaks were shot and needed pads and rotors. I stopped on my way home and got the parts . I couldn’t get my rear tire off the truck. I took my friend and I 40 minutes to get one off . If they would of rotated my tires an hour ago, they should of fell right off . And you can’t see the break pads if you don’t take the tire off . My rear brakes were fine . They gave me a free works package, that’s the only reason I went back . And that is the last time I will step foot in there . Also , they told me my rear breaks were shot again. They are fine . Have a good day More
