My current lease was up for "early termination" and I had received a call from Bob Kamen at Jack Demmer, apparently when Duane retired he passed along his clients. I decided to call Bob back on a whim and give him a go. Best decision I could have made !!! Bob was AWESOME! So glad I ended up staying with Jack Demmer, their customer service is second to NONE! Bob was able to find just the right vehicle for me, had it shipped in and took care of all the paperwork so the transition was seamless. A great day I called Gary early one day telling him what vehicle I was looking for. Horrible FIRST experience!! Our FIRST TIME EVER at this dealership, and LAST....We had an appointment this morning at 8am for an oil change and repair work for an issue that the Our FIRST TIME EVER at this dealership, and LAST....We had an appointment this morning at 8am for an oil change and repair work for an issue that the 2.7, 2016 F150's are having with the oil pressure when it's at half throttle. We get to the dealership and they tell us that the technician called off so we'll have to come back Wednesday. No phone call to us to say, don't come there's nobody to do the job....There was a service guy with the girl at the desk when we were being told to come back who thought this was funny, as he was standing there laughing! We are steaming mad at this point. We left and called another dealership and they took our truck right in and told us that Jack Demmer should have told us to NOT drive the truck, which they didn't...We Went somewhere else. More
