I’ve been coming to this dealership since 2007. I recently bought out my lease because the cost to get into a new lease has just gone up so much. I wish I could say that the process of buying out my lease was great but it was very frustrating and I felt like I was treated very poorly despite getting all my lease cars here and my husband has gone here now as well. I know that they were probably disappointed that they couldn’t make money off my lease if I had turned it in, and instead decided to buy out my lease. My father worked for Ford for over 40 years and I’ve only ever gone to this dealership for my Ford vehicles. I had already been approved from my bank for a loan to buy out my car. All I needed was a copy of my purchase agreement so I could take it back to my bank and they would cut me a check. The dealership wanted me to apply separately through them and I kept telling them I had already been approved from my bank, I think they were frustrated that I wanted to just go through my bank. I was stuck there over an hour waiting and then taken over to the used car area to finish the process. Handed off to Mike who was so rude. I have never been treated so rudely. He lied to me and told me that my application hadn’t gone through when he tried “to get it approved thru my bank” I told him I had just spoken to the person who was helping me at my bank before I got there and all I needed was a copy of my purchase agreement. He slid the paper across the table to me and said “well if you think you can go back there and pull some strings”! I couldn’t believe it. Anyways I ended up going back to my bank, getting a check, and going back to my dealership and buying out my car. Will never return to this dealership again and I’m deeply disappointed by the way I was treated as someone who’s gotten their last 7 cars from here. I told my husband what happened and he couldn’t believe I was talked to like that! I will no longer recommend this dealership and Mike in used cars needs to not treat every woman like they’re an idiot. More

My vehicle was promptly taken in at the time of my scheduled appointment. All staff members were helpful and professional. I shudder at the thought of having my wife or young daughter having to go to this service shop. The service guy that helped check my car in for a recall knows very little about customer service and ac daughter having to go to this service shop. The service guy that helped check my car in for a recall knows very little about customer service and acted as if it is an inconvenience to have to deal with me - just a general lack of friendly attitude. When I asked for a shuttle to get home (as I was promised when I booked the appointment), he told me I would have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, I returned to the desk and inquired about the delay and was told he only had one driver that is busy parking cars and would have to continue to wait. Eventually, I had to enlist the help of my salesman to get the shuttle driver to drive me and other customers home. The question is why is it more important for the driver to park cars than to drive customers home, and why the unfriendly attitude when I am already inconvenienced by having to take time off to take my car to a prescheduled appointment for a second recall? More
