I called my dealer at Jack Demmer Ford and even though it was nearing 5:00 PM, My new F-150 alerted me it was losing air pressure in one of the tires. I called my dealer at Jack Demmer Ford and even though it was nearing 5:00 PM, he suggested I take it to their Quicklane. The tire was punctured in the shoulder and needed to be replaced. Amazingly, in less than an hour, the hazard insurance claim was processed and approved, a new tire was installed, and I was on my way. The best part, was the road hazard insurance my dealer convinced me to purchase, covered the complete cost. Outstanding dealer and outstanding service! More
