Service was excellent and communication was top notch I had to have the engine of my Ford Escape replaced. The vehicle was still under factory warranty. I did not lease the vehicle from this dealership I had to have the engine of my Ford Escape replaced. The vehicle was still under factory warranty. I did not lease the vehicle from this dealership but it is close to my house and I had the vehicle towed there. The Service Department was able to diagnose the problem quickly and Pat gave me a call to let me know what the problem was within a day. From that point forward, Pat contacted me every few days to update me on the status of the repairs. They even offered me a loaner vehicle even though I did not lease the vehicle from this dealership. Overall, it was an outstanding experience and I will definitely visit Jack Demmer Ford in the future for repairs and a new lease or purchase. More
