I would be very cautious with choosing Jack Daniels VW for your next vehicle purchase. I started off working with the assistant manager Donald. The car I was interested in purchase was advertised incorrec for your next vehicle purchase. I started off working with the assistant manager Donald. The car I was interested in purchase was advertised incorrectly. They tried to show you the highest model which I wanted to purchase or lease but it was actually for the mid model vehicle. When it came down to negotiations on the final monthly payment & money down the deal looked good. Once I got to the final part of the dealership experience they hit you with there will be additional fees for taxes, prep, dmv etc. They should have been open an honest from the beginning. The manager Tina was not helpful as well. Once she realized the numbers where not right she walked away with no further communication. Donald continued to communicate via text trying to deny the deal and offer. It was very unprofessional and disheartening. I would not recommend working with this dealership at all. Be very cautious you are not a victim of Jack Daniels VW. More

Overall a good experience. Even when they sold the vehicle I was looking at they made up for it with good customer service.
