I bought a used 2015 Nissan rouge three weeks ago. Ever since I bought the car, the rear view mirror has fallen off a total of 5 times as I’m driving on the highway. The best the manager could offer m Ever since I bought the car, the rear view mirror has fallen off a total of 5 times as I’m driving on the highway. The best the manager could offer me was an adhesive which clearly isn’t working. Two weeks ago, when I came there to get the adhesive put on, the manager told me that he would be able to replace the mirror if it ever fell off again. This being the fifth time it fell off, I called the dealership and the manager told me that he will NOT be replacing the mirror. This is clearly a safety issue i've been dealing with and it is ridiculous that they cant even replace the mirror. Imagine you have a young daughter who's a new driver and recently bought a car with this issue. These are people are absolutely ridiculous, their attitude is nasty and I would not recommend them to ANYONE. The mirror probably costs around $60. How cheap of a dealership can you be to not spare that kind of chump change on a new mirror??? I’m not asking for too much. This is a safety issue that has put my life at risk on the road multiple times. These people don't care about their customers’ lives. I could have gotten into an accident on the road with my rear view mirror falling off like that. If I knew this is how they treated their customers I would have never came here. Save your time and go somewhere else !!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !! More
