Bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle (which promises two keys) but at pick-up the sales rep could not find the second key. I was given numerous assurances that they would resolve the issue, and have been promised several callbacks and never received one. The only time they have contacted me since is to try and sell me another car as soon as I booked service for this one. More

As to Jack Daniels, we also liked when upon entering the facility in Fair Lawn we were instantly greeted and offered some refreshments. Over the years my wife and I bought several cars from Jack Daniels. In 2000 a VW Passat, then we leased three Audis in a row as company cars. My son and daughter-in-law are also very satisfied Jack Daniel customers, alas in a slightly different league, they drive Porsches. There is also a funny anecdote going back many years. We were driving one of the Audis into Canada. At the border crossing, the Canadian customs officer noticed the Jack Daniels frame around the license plate.
