We in to look at 2021 CPO Tiguan. Sales person was Kevin Reilly. Even though they advertised as certified nothing was certified. Windshield had a huge scratch from the wiper, Tires we Sales person was Kevin Reilly. Even though they advertised as certified nothing was certified. Windshield had a huge scratch from the wiper, Tires were below acceptable according my tire gauge, car was pulling to a side and shaking when braking. Promised to fix everything and make it CPO. Gave a $500 deposit. Two days later get a call and says, no we are not going to fix anything, everything meets CPO criteria. I said no thank you, please refund my deposit. Another call and says, "everything that you want to fix is going to cost $4,400, will you split the cost with us. Next call," We are going to fix the windshield, but that's it". I said to just refund my deposit and Kevin said, " Let me get started on it". Two weeks later and no refund call Kevin and he says" We replaced the windshield for you, so we area not going to refund the deposit. Went to the showroom, spoke to the Manager, same story. Stole $500 from me! Went to anther dealer and got a CPO Tiguan, no Drama! More
