I have been with Jack Daniels VW (JDVW) for over a decade. This is my first review in 10 years, and truly, it was long overdue. During all this time, I have noticed good, positive, significant improve decade. This is my first review in 10 years, and truly, it was long overdue. During all this time, I have noticed good, positive, significant improvements/changes at JDVW. I have not had any upsetting or major issues yet a couple minor ones. However, in a long run, those can be ignored. JDVW has been able to develop and has refined its overall process in servicing VW cars in the last few years. This includes: Easy online service appointments Required transparency (diagnostics, or sharing videos on vehicle check/inspection, better interactions with customer); This has given me confidence to bring my car to JDVW consistently. Apparently, a better team of technicians than before Overall a more satisfying customer experience Service coupons send out specifically for your next service; I got an email or two I was quite happy with my simple Oil and Filter change service just recently, Car In-and-Out time was as good as suggested by the advisor. However, I would also point out: Quality Check: I wasn’t happy with sublet contract work for windshield replacement; debris, glove marks, dirt all over near windshield area, doors windows and doors inside. The car’s rear view mirror cover was also damaged during replacement. This could have been caught in the quality check process. JDVW did replace and reinstall that cover accordingly. My only expense was time and to bring the car back to the dealership to complete that work. Thank you JDVW team. Happy New Year 2022, and wishing you continued success. More
