I live an hour from the dealership and got stuck in traffic the first evening I went to the dealership. I was super late and barely made it in before closing, but Jose was super patient and stayed late and helped me work though the first steps of the purchase and finalizing a price. After we agreed on pricing and took care of financing over the phone the next day, he was kind enough to drive the vehicle over to me to finish the paperwork and close the deal. Afterwards, he explained and helped me to setup and all the features of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with how everything worked.
