Check again my friends.we are definitely in your system. We leased 2 cars from you over the past 6 years, and would have been a 3rd car yesterday . However you sales man made a concrete deal over the phone and my husband drove to you from CT, only to have the sales manager play games and bait and switch the deal when he arrived and wasted 3 hours of his day. My husband name is Nick Dushku.

That’s the issue. The “figures” he gave my husband when he got there were entirely different and grossly higher than the ones he was promised over the phone before we came . Come on now. Just admit it was total dishonesty and bait and switch on your end. We are not new at this . Leased two cars from your dealership prior to this. There was no need for you to pull this. We drive from CT with a completely cleaned out and detailed car to trade in to you and leave with a new vehicle, with the deal that was promised numerous times over the phone before we came. Shameful on your part and you have lost good customers for life.
