Customer facts are incorrect he did not have a competitors prive with a signed buyers order as required with 'vehicle identification number. They could not find color they want nor get a buyers order so there is nothing to match. Customer wanted to pay MSRP and on this car we were not selling for MSRP other dealers did not have car

If i may, i can give 2 dealerships i am in contact currently just waiting for arrival of the Jetta. Both dealerships DO NOT add markups. I can assure this to you with 100% certainty. I attempted to publish these dealers identities previously but rejected. So... please let me know if i can publish these deslerships so everyone can benefit, including other potential customers.

Customer does not have a signed buyers order fron anywhere just phone calls stating they will sell at certain price all verbal nothing in writing . We have sent a letter to customer to cease and desist

Will you allow me to post both dealers' info so ANYONE can call and verify that they DO NOT markup their vehicles? It would be the best thing to do to prove that one of us is being dishonest. I have the email/flyer sent by the general manager stating, "We will beat any VW competitor offer!!!".

Once again this customer refuses to produce a signed buyers order with price recieved . a verbal quote is not valid and to top it off he is not the buyer of the vehicle. We have asked multiple times produce a signed buyers order from another dealership with a vin number and we will match or beat he refuses . YOU DO NOT HAVE A DEAL ANYWHERE ELSE ..... Having someone say on the phone we will sell for xxxx price does not reflect a valid deal . Just be honest and say no I do not have a valid buyers order . Calling a store and getting a price means nothing at all get a buyers order and post it or stop

So.. you want me to tell the two dealers... "Give me your offer showing that you are selling it to me without a markup so I can buy it from Jack Daniels because they will match it". How ridiculous is that? A better idea, if you would allow me (for the 3rd time) to give those dealerships' contact numbers so anyone reading this review can actually call them and verify that they truly WILL NOT ADD a markup to their vehicles. They WILL sell the car at MSRP, as listed on the window sticker. Total price will be the MSRP, state/local tax, tag/title/registration, and document fee. That is it! I have the names of the salesperson, the names of the dealership, addresses, and phone numbers. Readers, take note of the statement and think about it. "Calling a store and getting a price means nothing at all".

last time I will be responding send me a completed buyers order with a vin number and a price . Getting a price on a phone does not guarantee you that price or a vehicle . If you can get the vehicle at the price you want we are happy for you and wish you the best of luck . Bottom line you cant produce a buyers order any more texts will not be responded too. I agree, last time. Let the customers make their minds - my original and only intent. At the very least, they leave knowing that there are at least 2 dealers in the immediate area willing to sell new vehicles without markups. What you see on the window sticker is what you pay for the car, AT MOST. I hope I helped someone today.
