My wife and I were looking to purchase a new ID. 4, so we went to Jack Daniels Volkswagen to test drive one, and that's when we met Paul Perado. Paul helped us order a 2023 ID.4 xxxxxxAWD. When it arrived at the dealer, Paul and his team checked the car out and had it washed and detailed, ready for us to pick it up. Paul is the dealer expert on the VW ID.4. He answered all our questions about public charging, home charging, and the expected range of the ID.4. The entire staff at Jack Daniels VW was great. While we were waiting to finalize our paperwork, their Sales Manager, Greg King Jr., came over to introduce himself and said if we ever needed anything, to please reach out to him directly. We deiced to finance our new car so we worked with Jason Ku on the financing, and he was able to get us a better rate than what we had initially received from our bank. Thanks Jason! Everything was great service-wise, but the pricing increased way too much. This is my 4th GLI but might be my last due to the price. Also, I was there for 4 hours.
