Sales person lied twice. When I agreed to sale told me he could get me specialty plates no problem. Then showed me a number and said this is what I’d pay when car came in- no When I agreed to sale told me he could get me specialty plates no problem. Then showed me a number and said this is what I’d pay when car came in- nothing more. Car comes in and I also have to pay first month in addition to original number. Then when my license plates come in they are not the plates I requested. So I call sales and leave a message, no one responds until my second message and I get told all of a sudden that they don’t order specialty plates since Covid. Something that was never mentioned before. I love my car. The atlas is great but this is my first and last time using jack Daniels for my dealership. More

Very honest dealership! In the past two months I contacted each (!) NJ based dealership to get a last minute deal for an ID.4. Besides those who didn’t have any sone others told me they have my desired model available just to get my driving to them and then to apologize and trying to upsell me another model I don’t want to have! Paul and Jack Daniels Volkswagen were different and polite and tried to satisfy my needs! Paul is a very polite gentlemen and also with his manager we came to a in my eyes fair agreement of the trade in value of my now previous car. Another plus point is that they don’t try to sell the cars with a dealer mark-up due to the shortages of cars these days; they stick with the MRSP! Highly recommended! More
