We knew that the car we wanted was not in stock but she was quickly able to give us an idea when the next shipment was due in and what was expected to come in. The other VW dealer was unable to give us the same information despite repeated promises to do so over a period of two weeks. Diana bent over backwards to make the sale without "selling". So when it came time for me to buy a new car, I knew exactly where to go. I researched the VW cc online and called Diana. She immediately set up an appointment for me to come in.
