We had enough time to browse over the course of weeks, and at no point did Charlie pressure us into a purchase before we were ready. He was always professional - he guided us in our decisions, but allowed us to make the choice. We could have spent more on a larger, more expensive Passat, or he could have looked good selling us a less expensive, smaller Golf, but he led us right to our perfect car - a Platinum Gray Jetta Sportwagen TDI. Charlie was always responsive to our questions and concerns, but he never rushed us in his responses. He was always invested in OUR well being, and really listened to our needs. When that beautiful wagon was delivered to JDVW, Charlie was quick to inform us, knowing it was the vehicle we were waiting for. He was right. When it came down to making a deal, the entire process was much easier than anticipated. All fees were presented up front, and no games were played. The car was prepped and ready 2 days after purchase. Charlie and John Stillman - the finance manager - were honest, really valued our time and respected our intelligence.
