Do not purchase a car from this dealership! Dealership treated me very poorly, especially after I didn’t finance with them. Made me wait over 2 hours to sign 10 minutes worth of paperwork, pressured me to purchase more warranties, didn’t detail my car, gave me a bad battery in the car and dead key fob and wouldn’t return my calls when I attempted to contact them about it. They will give you the run around and try to milk you for every dollar they can. Then give you sub-par service and never contact you again. My car was totaled while parked on the street and I had a week to find a new one. If not for the time crunch- I wouldn’t have given them my business! More

Three Months + And No Plates/Registration I bought a new VW from this dealership in November of 2017 and had it delivered to me in CA the beginning of December. The dealership was responsible for obtaining my tags & registration. At the end of January, my temporary registration expired and, to date I have still not received my tags, not been able to drive my new car and, worst of all not had any communication from JD (other than initiated by me) as to what's happening. I had to contact VW America to intercede to find out what's going on. I'm paying insurance on both the new car and older vehicle since I cannot sell it until I get the tags for the new car. Needless to say, this is extraordinarily bad business and would practically be considered malpractice in any other profession. I'm still waiting . . . . More

From the start, my experience at Jack Daniels VW was completely different. The very first thing my salesman Scott Zukowski said to me was, 'There is no pressure here. Ask me any questions you have. If you want to buy today, great. If not, that's okay, too.' He then followed that by backing up his words in actions. He answered every question I had about the car, the leasing process, even how to turn off my cabin lights once I got the car home. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More
