Strongly recommend now buying a car from Jack Daniels Volksw I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from Jack Daniels Volkswagen dealership. My wife and I purchased our car in September. Everyone was grea I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from Jack Daniels Volkswagen dealership. My wife and I purchased our car in September. Everyone was great up until we signed the papers for the car, that’s when our nightmare started. We scheduled an appointment for the next day to come and complete the financial paperwork. When we came in the next day, they made us wait for hours with a one year old with no sense of apology before anyone even sat down with us to start the process. In total, we were there for almost 4 hours past our appointment time. Most importantly, we still haven’t received the tags after 4 months of having the car because the dealership is not able to locate the title of the car. The worse part is that they don’t respond to our calls or emails and let us go without temporary tags for multiple days where we had to scramble to find another way to get to our jobs. This has been the most unprofessional encounter with any business that we have ever experienced. If you would like to read real reviews for this dealership, please go to yelp and ignore the 5/5 Facebook rating. During our shopping experience we personally overheard a sales person asking a costumer to ‘not report’ that she waiting for hours and lie and say that she was served within 15 minutes. Therefore, I would strongly suggest you do your research before going to Jack Daniels Volkswagen. More
