I am on my third lease car from Vw, from 2 different dealerships my 2 previous cars were from Vw in englewood cliffs on 9w,even though I didn't have an issue with the sales people as expected they want dealerships my 2 previous cars were from Vw in englewood cliffs on 9w,even though I didn't have an issue with the sales people as expected they want to sell you the car they have to be nice to you my problem was with their service dept,the most unprofessional people I have ever delt with,I dreaded going for oil changes,when i was at the end of my lease since I love volkswagens I decided to go to jack Daniels,I got a warm greeting from the sales people they were not pushy in any way we had Justin pinton for a sales person,He was professional courteous needless to say I'm on my third Vw :) I recommend jack Daniels to everyone. Diana was very friendly, and easy to deal with when I arrived at the dealership. I was interested in the lease of a Tiguan, a newly popular and dependable car. We had enough time to browse over the course of weeks, and at no point did Charlie pressure us into a purchase before we were ready. He was always professional - he guided us in our decisions, but allowed us to make the choice. We could have spent more on a larger, more expensive Passat, or he could have looked good selling us a less expensive, smaller Golf, but he led us right to our perfect car - a Platinum Gray Jetta Sportwagen TDI. Charlie was always responsive to our questions and concerns, but he never rushed us in his responses. He was always invested in OUR well being, and really listened to our needs. When that beautiful wagon was delivered to JDVW, Charlie was quick to inform us, knowing it was the vehicle we were waiting for. He was right. When it came down to making a deal, the entire process was much easier than anticipated. All fees were presented up front, and no games were played. The car was prepped and ready 2 days after purchase. Charlie and John Stillman - the finance manager - were honest, really valued our time and respected our intelligence. Although I do not plan on purchasing another vehicle any time soon, I have been adamant about telling friends and family about the wonderful experience my wife and I experienced at Jack Daniels VW - especially the truly exceptional service provided by Charlie Tito.
