My family and I came to Jack Daniels Volkswagen to lease a 2013 Volkswagen CC and we were greeted by Wendy Nam, our sales associate. Even after the deal was signed, she followed through and made sure that I still did not have any questions and showed that she genuinely wanted to do everything in her power to make sure I was satisfied. The entire staff including Chet and John (special thanks to them!) treated me and my family like friends rather than customers. I was never tricked or forced into anything I couldn't afford. Right off the bat, I told her the car I wanted with the options I wanted, and that is exactly what I got with a great price tag and with a turnaround time of only one day to find my car! From the moment I walked in the dealer's store, i felt welcomed. When I was ready, Mr. Valderrama made himself available to assist me, offering water and help with any questions. He was kind and knowledgeable of the car I was interested in. He immediately arranged a test drive and provided me with information throughout the ride, which led us to their service center. At the center he introduced me to their staff. Everyone was friendly. During the negotiations, Mr. Valderrama understood my budget limitations and offered several options from lease to purchase. I appreciated very much not being pressured to make a decision. Even after the sale, Mr. Valderrama has continued providing me assistance with questions about the car, etc. He's truly a professional who understand good customer service. I was in the market for a new car. Had originally been looking for a Pre-Owned VW CC in 6 Speed. After several test rides at several different dealers, I could not locate the car for me. I searched Auto Trader and found a brand new 2013 VW CC at a great price with Jack Daniels. When I got to the dealer and went over the car I noticed a GLI on the floor. After test driving the GLI I was sold. Greg King Jr. gave me a fantastic deal on the car combined with 0% financing I couldn't pass it up. The night I made the deal with Greg he was leaving on a vacation and took the time to introduce me to the entire staff that would be backing him up during my delivery which was scheduled while he was still away. I met Chet who worked with me during the financing and was really helpful. Dave provided all the details on the arrival of my car and when I could pick up. Doug Bucci was the salesman who delivered my car and went over the entire vehicle with me. Everything went smooth and the whole team worked like a well oiled machine.
