I have been searching for the right Pre-owned VW Jetta for the past few years, and waiting until I could afford to pay for one. The problem with those dealerships were the prices were just not right and neither was the service, and extremely pushing salespeople... (which is a total turnoff for me when looking at cars). Finally, my friend Chris recommended Jack Daniels in Fair Lawn and in particular told me to see Diana. She was extremely pleasant and friendly from the first time I called and spoke with her about what I was looking for, up until yesterday when she called me to follow up on how my vehicle was doing (a week after I purchased, purchased on 05/12/2012). If you have a specific amount you are looking to spend, she will find the perfect car for you without trying to force you into buying something you aren't comfortable with (like some car salesmen do). From my experience, I will recommend any friend or family member I know looking to by a Volkswagen to see Diana.
