This is the 3rd VW we have purchased in 1 and a half years from Diana at JD VW. Our family grew by 1 so the Tiguan did not accommodate us that well. So we went back to Diana and bought a Routan. Working with Diana was like talking to an old trusted friend. She sat down with me and heard my story and my needs. The service department is anything but helpful. I had a confirmed appointment but when I arrived they had no record of it. When I showed them the email they said I could leave my car and they would fit it confirmed appointment but when I arrived they had no record of it. When I showed them the email they said I could leave my car and they would fit it in during the day. That is how they honor confirmed appointments! Unacceptable. When I called to make a complaint no one picked up, I hung up after 23 minutes. Unacceptable. I later revived a call asking me to basically come back and leave my car all day again. When they asked if there was anything they could do to change my mind about NEVER using their dealership again I began to state that honoring appointments would be a good start the man I was speaking to had the audacity to cover the receiver and talk to some one else! Unacceptable! Immediately after that I tried to reach Pedro Martin to make another complaint, this time not about the service but about the way his employee showed me how little I meant to the company but oddly enough he was not there. They shrugged the responsibility of the missed appointment off on a third party company they hired, so it is their fault any way they want to look at it. I am livid after this experience and after eleven proud years of VW ownership my next car will not be a Volkswagen. This is one of many negative experiences with Jack Daniels Volkswagen. My suggestion to any one looking for a car is to find another dealership. In short Jack Daniels Volkswagen has unacceptable customer service and I can only hope enough people get as fed up with them as I am and they close. More
Tom, who is the general sales manager could care less about customers. I put down a deposit on a new VW Jetta, and they were not straightforward with the price and value of my trade I decided to purcha about customers. I asked for my refund and this process has taken over 3 weeks so far. Tom does not return calls or emails and always has an excuse as to why the money is not refunded. I do not recommend this dealership or the service of Tom Baldassare. More
