Upon my request, she immediately had her sales representative, Mr. Kevin Sai as well as sales manager work on what sort of a deal he can work out. Because of timing and so forth, I ended up taking an attractive offer from another dealer. However, that did not taint my interaction with them. In my contact with Ms. Bustos and Mr. Sai, they both provided me the kind of attention one would look for in dealing with dealerships. I did not catch the name of the receptionist; she was very helpful and friendly as well. Please note my rating and recommendation is strictly based on those three individuals. I cannot comment on the dealership itself nor the pricing. I wanted to acknowledge them in this review. In the future, I look to have the opportunity to work with them. Thank you. More

Same on you, you take peoples money and then don't care about their vehicles or the outcome. the service dept ( all of you) were very devious in your manners!! They confirmed a vehicle with VIN number and price for a lease and the vehicle did not exist in their inventory. Even worse they did not have a single Passat SE 2016 model in their lot to even show. The sales manager introduced and was amateur in his skills to communicate with the customer. There maybe several more dealership that are more professional in their business dealings. Never would I recommend anyone to visit or deal with this dealership. More
Price Gouging So today my girlfriend went for an oil change at the service center here and came home with a $100.00 plus receipt for it. After calling the service advisor, they claimed that the receipt was itemized a certain way to save on labor; doubtful. I then explained how that didn't make sense, and then i was said how it's like an Audi, and I explained, no it's not it's a Volkswagen, and every oil change that we've gotten from a dealer had never been over $75.00, there was nothing special about this visit, no additional add ons, just an oil change. So my conversation about the over charged oil change that made no sense concluded after I got another excuse that they were competetive for the region. So I called the competition, the 2 other closest Volkswagen service centers, and they got the same number that I had told them I should have gotten, just right off the phone. So it's xxxxxxxx. Service writers in dealerships are salespeople Too, I get that, and I get the process by which they go about business, but when you're complaining about something as simple as an oil change, the jig is up. Rather than honor the stipulations, you'd rather lose a customer that will but you on blast. Good job. More

It was a refreshing experience where there was no pressure and they gave me several options and gave me what I required for my trade in vehicle. Greg King the sales manager treated me like a family member, he truly is the nicest sales manager in the whole tri state area. I went to a few different dealerships and was not treated as good as I was here at Jack Daniels Vw. I will reccomend the dealership and Doug and Greg to anyone looking for A new or used vehicle. I also am very happy with the 2015 Vw Passat, what a awesome machine! the gas mileage and turbo engine power and roomy and comfortable seats make for an outstanding vehicle. I would recommend the passat to anyone. More

Great car, Great people I purchased my Jetta from another dealership but due to location of my job I decided to use JD for service. They've offered to pick my car up from wor I purchased my Jetta from another dealership but due to location of my job I decided to use JD for service. They've offered to pick my car up from work or shuttle me back and forth; I choose to stay put and do my work at their service center. I pulled up a desk, used the WIFI and enjoyed the coffee. Everyone I dealt with, from the receptionist, the service manager to the mechanic were pleasant and helpful. Great experience. More
Don’t trust Jack Daniels Dealership or the Service Center. If you live in this area drive a few more miles and go to East Coast Volkswagen service center. Apparently, I purchased a new Tiguan from Jack Daniel If you live in this area drive a few more miles and go to East Coast Volkswagen service center. Apparently, I purchased a new Tiguan from Jack Daniels Dealership that had a tire that was plugged. I had problems with the tire sensor light coming on 1 month after I purchased the car. Every time I took the car to the service center they ensured me that everything was in good condition and that the tire pressure was just low due to the cold weather. This has been going on for 3 years. Before my 3 year warranty was up, I insisted they take a closer look and they still came back saying the same thing. 3 days later the light came back on and when I went to complain, that is when the mechanic noticed the plug and said it was not noticed before because it was a very small leak. I do understand that tires are not covered under warranty but why would you sell me a tire that was plugged (and leaking) and then for 3 years tell me it was safe to drive. I complained to the regional manager and the manager at this service center (Chris Miele) even lied to regional manager stating that the plug was "new". He did not even see my car and the mechanic himself admitted to me that it was missed all this time. Don’t waste your time with this place. More
Great Sales Dept I shopped tonight for a new car I was currently in a Ford Fusion which I leased. I was not ready to purchase tonight but wanted to see the new Jetta. The salesmen Alex was very nice and took his time and did not pressure me. I still wanted to shop around and was not pushy about buying a car tonight. He wanted to introduce to his General Manager Don Chittum so I sat with him and was very friendly and put all my concerns to ease before I knew it I was buying a car . He made me feel like family and was very impressed with his soft approuch in the deal. What a great store go see these guys the price was a bit higher then Heidt Motors but we'll worth the extra touch I recieved. More
