This is my second VW (my first from Jack Daniels) and I'm very happy with the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a VW. More

Dealerships often have a sort of "fake friendly" vibe to them. The friendliness of the staff here was genuine. I walked out the door a couple of times before I signed. Many dealerships apply the worst (and sometimes most entertaining) pressure when a prospective customer heads for the door. The staff here just offered smiles and warm welcome should I decide to come back. Which of course I did. More

I found very dishonest.The service department is more interested in selling you something rather than dealing with your concerns with the vehicle.Seems they are more concerned with paid labor than warranty work.
