Your staff are true professionals who want to make certain that they make the customers happy with their experience. The same can not be said for VW Germany. The deceit and lies that they perpetrated on their customers and dealers goes beyond any sense of honor or integrity that a firm like VW should have. The lied for what...VW is the number one seller of cars in 2016 without selling their cancerous diesels. Why did they do this in the first place, greed, ego, whatever. I have owned five VW products, three VW's and two Porsche's and would have purchase another however the car I wanted was a Golf R . I was told that a premium was required for this car and at this point would not pay based on the diesel mess. I thank you for your service for the past six plus years and wish you well in the future. I felt that these men were all friendly, honest, and trustworthy. It was easily one of the best experiences I ever had buying a car and this was my 5th Volkswagen. They made the process very easy both pricing and completing the paperwork on delivery day. Scott was great going over the cars and made sure to answer any questions I had. It truly felt like I was dealing with a friend. I would certainly recommend him and this dealership. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them and I would definitely do business with them again. I usually hate dealing with car purchases, but this experience was exceptional!
