It has been a very long time since i have seen the level of professionalism, and knowledge base that Diana Cecere possesses. She has a great deal of pride and integrity in the way she deals with her client of professionalism, and knowledge base that Diana Cecere possesses. She has a great deal of pride and integrity in the way she deals with her clients and it shows. What was immediately apparent with Diana was that, "YOU", the Client certainly come first. Diana's personality refreshingly was not the usual type you would expect from a car sales consultant. She is an engaging woman who you can tell loves meeting people and knows her vehicles inside and out. Not only that, she loves what she sells! Diana devoted our appointment educating my husband and me about our new CC and made us feel like she would sit with us for as long as we needed until the last question was asked. I have never seen that level of customer dedication with any of the four new cars that i have purchased in my lifetime (i will not mention any names BMW or Volvo etc.). In short, Diana is an asset to Jack Daniels VW and they should be proud to have her on her team. If you are thinking about purchasing please call Diana first at Jack Daniels, you will not regret it. Diana took care of us from the initial phone call right up to the end of the sale with us driving away. When the car we originally came in for had been sold the day before we arrived, Diana did everything up to the end of the sale with us driving away. The vehicle we purchased was well within the fair market value and we did not feel pressured into anything. This is the second vehicle I have purchased/leased from this dealership and this particular sales person. Diana Cecere. It is refreshing to have such a caring sales person when leasing a vehicle. We typically lease a car every three years and have done so for about 20 years. You can usually expect to spend hours at the dealership going back and forth with the sales person who then has to talk to the manager and then the finance guy. Diana took care of everything for us and we were out of the dealership with a new lease signed in less than two hours which included the test drive. This is an excellent dealership and Diana is a fantastic sales person. The finance person, Alan, and everyone we met at the dealership right down to the person that greeted us at the door were very helpful and courteous. My wife could not be happier with he new car. We will without a doubt be back to see Diana when our lease comes due and we will highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends. More
Ysrael went above and beyond the call of duty. He found a part at another Dealer and had it delivered rather than wait another day to get it from VW. Was able to get my car the same day. My husband and I just leased a 2014 Tiguan with Diana Cecere and she was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I have always said I have bad luck when buying a car because I always get stuck with a pushy sales person Cecere and she was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! We went online and checked out Diana's reviews and were impressed. She emailed us right away to book an appointment and ask questions about the car. Had an incredible experience there. Went to two other dealerships and neither compared with the level of service and fairness of the deal I received on the car. I have brought my car in for service from 2003-2012 approx. every 2 months for service for a lit check engine light. I went there because car was under warranty, then an extended warranty. It cost me $ approx. every 2 months for service for a lit check engine light. I went there because car was under warranty, then an extended warranty. It cost me $100 each time. I had over 52 visits. On 3 occasions the repair they told me I needed was a lie. I became suspicious when they were suggesting things were wrong with my car that I knew weren't. I confirmed it by taking elsewhere. They tried to get me to buy a new rim for a soft tire, cost $495.00. I had the tire sealed for $15.00. They told me a I needed a new clutch. It's been 4 years and my clutch is still working fine. When the rag top of the convertible pulled away from the rear window they told me it could not be fixed. I had to seal it with duct tape to keep water out when it rain. Frustrated I called VW of America and they made them fix it for free. It was estimated to be a $5800.00 repair. When I got the car back the roof would no longer go up or down. When I confronted them they said it wasn't their falult, even though when I brought it in it worked perfectly. They said they would fix it for $5800.00! What a coincidence. I stopped taking my car there as of June 2012. I took it to a neighborhood service station once in May 2013 and my check engine light has yet to go on and other than a non-working roof my car has no problems, but the repair person said that the last person to work on my car. (VW) screwed around with all the wires, and found some detached where they shouldn't be. I believe they are guilty of fraud and some one with the proper authority shouod investigate More
