We are consumers use many internet sites that either attract us to a particular vehicle or salesperson, some of us use helpful tools such as KBB.com and Edmunds.com I used TRUECar.com to select the best priced vehicle with the specific combinations of options I desired. Not only was the salesperson, in this case Business Development Manager, Michael Ventola responsive, he hung in there all the way. We must have exchanged over 20 emails over the course of 8 hours and even a few more the following day. Michael, never lost his cool with me and I'm extremely diligent and need everything nailed down. The most impressive and encouraging aspect of this transaction, was that we haven't spoken on the phone once. Michael exudes a calming demeanor, veteran experience and what I would say the best customer service and honesty that one should receive when making a purchase of any size.
