We only talked on the phone before I decided to go and buy the car. They gave me a very good price, and they honored the deal. And because this is my first time buying, I had tons of questions, but the salesman Darwen was very patient and helpful, always thinking from my point of view, sometime without me asking he already give me the info. Because everything was settled on the phone, when I went there, it only took about half an hour and I drove my new car home. It was an excellent experience, and I was very satisfied. More

Made the dreaded car buying/leasing process smooth! I dread going through the games of buying/leasing a new car. We were about to lease our VW from a good friend that owns one of the local dealerships. I dread going through the games of buying/leasing a new car. We were about to lease our VW from a good friend that owns one of the local dealerships. We reached out to the other 4 nearby dealerships with our specs and deal and asked them to match/beat the deal we were getting just to make sure we were getting the most bang for our buck. One we never heard from, one could not beat our deal, one could beat it by $2 per month so it was not worth the extra efforts to start over with someone new, and the other was Darwin at Jack Daniels VW. Darwin did not play any games or try to barely beat our deal. He led with his best offer. It was $40 better per month than we were getting at the other dealership and with that drastic a difference, I made the decision to go with Darwin and Jack Daniels. Fantastic experience with Darwin and Jack Daniels and I would highly recommend Darwin and Jack Daniels for making the process as easy as possible. More
