1st time experience was good good atmosphere, good customer service, very courteous, Rich, the service advisor, was very proactive about my car's health and accommodating to my ne good atmosphere, good customer service, very courteous, Rich, the service advisor, was very proactive about my car's health and accommodating to my needs. Just don't care for dealer service center charges, but in this case, prefer specialized techs to work on my car in certain instances. Additionally, they're aware of any recalls needing handled and will correct it at your visit and not require you to make a separate appt. So going to this dealer's service center outweighed an independent repair shop and have zero regrets. More

Airbag recall turned into nightmare morning after airbag replacement key fob would not go in key slot. Called dealer and serv rep advised me since car was ok when I drove it home' was ju morning after airbag replacement key fob would not go in key slot. Called dealer and serv rep advised me since car was ok when I drove it home' was just coincidendal. Friday am I was told by rep I would get a call back. No call. I called Monday am service mgr advised have car towed there. AAA driver checked ignition slot and pulled out a piece of jammed paper. Drove car to dealer to remove rest of paper, which turned out to be pieces of key tag w service number on it. Then today my daughter waited 2 hours to have a key programmed when she was told would take one hour when she made appt last week. The serv mgr told me when I called that it takes st least an hour and it takes as long as it takes. She was there 2 hours with a 5 year old! Obviously retaliation bec I complained to VW corp. Go to any other VW service center if you must, but not Jack Daniels. They are good when you buy the car NOT when service is needed then it's a completely different animal. More

Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and the Just leased a 2017 Jetta and it was a very pleasant experience for my wife and me. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and the VW Jetta meet our needs perfectly. The process included a drive over to the Service Center to meet the Service Center Manager, know the location and see the Center - very helpful and thought out. Also got to read the Rhino Code, the dealerships secret handshake if you will - nice folks. More
