I found very dishonest.The service department is more interested in selling you something rather than dealing with your concerns with the vehicle.Seems they are more concerned with paid labor than warranty work. Phone call inquiry caused price to rise. When we I inquired about price of the vehicle via phone call the price went up $2000. When I asked why the price difference I was told they bought it When we I inquired about price of the vehicle via phone call the price went up $2000. When I asked why the price difference I was told they bought it from Jack Daniels Audi. An the price listed was an auction price. Too bad I couldn't deal with the Audi dealership instead. Went to the dealer regardless, when I tried to bring it to a fair price I was told with a 10,000 down payment we could bring it to my price point, I was informed that that was a very common down payment on used cars. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Very disappointed in the quality of customer service.I went in with a good mood ready to purchase a vehicle and ended up leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. More

did solve my problem i have been dealing with jack daniels for over 20 years . have d=been very satisfied . the last few years not so much . the sales department are never i have been dealing with jack daniels for over 20 years . have d=been very satisfied . the last few years not so much . the sales department are never the same people . they lie about return lease process .they also forge signature on invoice .i do have prove of that .did not get any satisfaction from the dealer . i had to contact vw home office . mr. horn was very understanding . mr horn resolved my problem . we have 4 vws in our family . this dealer will make me find another dealer . where they treat you like a person not a dollar sign . with all the problems vw has with the diesel engine you think they would help a loyal customer . i will not deal with jack daniels every again .
