Did Trade-In, they crashed car after and we got sued. Recently did a car trade-in with them. While in there possession they got it into an accident & we were sued since they never transferred title®ist Recently did a car trade-in with them. While in there possession they got it into an accident & we were sued since they never transferred title®istration properly and were driving it with unregistered plates according to the responding police officer. We incurred court fees in the process. They originally denied that it was there employee driving the car, but was proven by police records to have been their employee. I was told we would be reimbursed for court fees but have been ignored by their reps since. A customer should not be at risk of getting sued during what is one of the most standard business procedures in your industry, and if they are, I would have at least hoped you'd be apologetic and work to make it right. Professional and accomodating! I am so impressed with the Service at Jack Daniels Volkswagen In Fair Lawn, NJ.! First, I was able to get an appt. within a good time frame, secondly I am so impressed with the Service at Jack Daniels Volkswagen In Fair Lawn, NJ.! First, I was able to get an appt. within a good time frame, secondly Michele at the front service desk came out to my car and listened attentively to my concerns and wrote everything down. I was shuttled to work and then picked up and brought back to service and my car was all done. It was sparkly clean and the new tires they put on had remedied the noise that was bothersome. Michele goes above and beyond. She made sure till the very end of the appointment that I was satisfied with the work and answered all of my questions. Deceitful So I see this car on line for 18500.00 I contact the dealer and make an appointment for Saturday the next day. Before I leave the house I check and t So I see this car on line for 18500.00 I contact the dealer and make an appointment for Saturday the next day. Before I leave the house I check and they jack the price up 2500.00. I contact Terrance by text and he said that “ I reached out to management and they will still honor the price you seen on line”. So I make the 60 mile trip to find out that will not honor the price I saw on line. A dumb customer is this dealers best customer. If for some reason you do not heed my warning please bring a large jar of Vaseline you will need it. More
