Greg, Sami, and Doug were just nice guys working with us to help get the car we wanted. (And that's not an easy task if you know my wife lol) We felt the difference in the demeanor of the guys- they were they weren't pushy and condescending. They were respectful and allowed us to take our time when making a big purchase decision. We visited A LOT of dealerships looking for the right truck- and none compared. Super happy with the experience and we love our new Atlas! Thank you guys! More

He shared his great knowledge of cars and his knowledge of Volkswagen. I never really imagined I would ever own a Volkswagen, but since Sami was so helpful and made my experience with Jack Daniels extremely smooth and extremely comfortable I was sold on him because I knew I could trust him. Thank you for everything Sami! More

Cant keep promises I live in Buffalo, NY and was looking on the internet for a used 2015 Audi A8L 4.0T. Jack Daniels VW just got one in and it only had 14k miles. I cont I live in Buffalo, NY and was looking on the internet for a used 2015 Audi A8L 4.0T. Jack Daniels VW just got one in and it only had 14k miles. I contacted a salesperson, Vern Kuikien. I made an offer on the car after I received pictures and satisfactory answers to some detailed questions. The offer was contingent upon it matching the glowing description that was in the ad which also touted the clean Carfax report. They counteroffered and I agreed to that price as long as it was as described. I did not bother to counter because I had been looking for a while and this car fit the bill. I sent a deposit and made arrangements to fly to NJ the following weekend because I was out of the country on business the week before. I flew in on Saturday Morning and Vern picked me up at the airport at 7AM. I should preface this by saying that Vern was a complete pleasure to work with and a consummate gentleman. Given that it was so early, we had to wait to see the car until the detail shop opened. When they opened, I was pleasantly surprised with the condition. We took a quick test drive and everything I checked worked fine. When I made the offer, I was adamant that they make sure that all the options worked because I had to drive back that day. In fact, I was told that the Sales Manager had been using the car while it was there and that it ran flawlessly and all the systems functioned. Long story somewhat short, after filling out the paperwork and exchanging a check, I finally got on the road at 11AM for my 6 hr drive.. After a couple hours, I decided to use the cruise control. The car is equipped with adaptive cruise control (ACC) which uses sensors to slow the car down if you get too close to a car ahead of you. However, the cruise didn't work. The dash screen indicated that the ACC and Audi Brake guard were not available. I was obviously annoyed, but I was not going to turn around and drive another two hours back and get there at 3PM when they closed at 4PM. I texted Vern and left him a Voice Mail. I emailed Vern on Sunday. On Monday, after looking at the Owner's Manual, I called Vern and told him it appeared that there was an issue with the sensors. He referred me to a colleague at the JD Audi Dealer who agreed that it was probably a sensor malfunction and it should still be under warranty. I asked if I could just take it to a local Audi dealer and he said it shouldn't be a problem. When I got the car into the local dealer, they informed me that the sensors worked but needed to be aligned because the car must have been in an accident at some point because the front bumper cover had either been repaired or replaced. They showed me some missing screws and non-original hardware that had been used to reattach the front bumper cover. They said the cost was $365.00 and I told them to go ahead because I needed the cruise to work. As mentioned, the ad indicated the clean Carfax and no accident was noted in the history. I reached out to the Sales Manager (Greg King) for JD VW and left him a Voice Mail briefly stating the issue and asked him to call me back. Either he did not get my VM or he chose to ignore it. That said, I was able to get a hold of him the next day (today) and explained the situation. He asked what I wanted him to do about it. I told him that I just wanted to be reimbursed for the cost of the repair given that I was told that everything worked or should have worked when I picked the car up and the recommendation from their sister Audi dealership was to take it to a local dealer. He asked why I didn't bring the car back for service and I reminded him that I lived 6 hours away. He indicated that he didn't think he should have to pay for another shop to fix it at their hourly rates. Bear in mind, that the repair cost was $365.00 and this was a relatively expensive car. The only thing he agreed to do was look into the paint touch up pen that I was also supposed to get when they sent my plates. After posting on their facebook page, I was contacted by Don Chittum the General Manager and he agreed that I should have been reimbursed and he would fight with Audi to get compensated. He told me that if I sent him a copy of the invoice he would get a check out immediately. An hour later, I sent him the copy. He also asked that I revise the review. I did that the same day. It has been over two weeks and I have still not received reimbursement. I contacted Don and told him that I was going to put back the original review with this new chapter if I did not get the check by this past Wednesday. He responded that he did not respond to threats and that they only cut checks once a month. I am not sure how expecting someone to do as they promised is a threat, but so be it. That said, he indicated that I would get the check by Wednesday. Obviously, that did not occur. More
