Charlie Shin is the man!!!! I am a previous customer with Jack Daniels. Charlie contacted me with a couple of months left on my Jetta and said I can upgrade to a newer model keep I am a previous customer with Jack Daniels. Charlie contacted me with a couple of months left on my Jetta and said I can upgrade to a newer model keeping my payments the same. He was actually able to lower my payments and got me into a newer model lease as well. I’ve worked with a lot of salesman in my time and Charlie has definitely been the nicest salesman I’ve ever met.
