Jack Daniel’s Volkswagen has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The first sold me a vehicle that was not street legal and couldn’t not pass inspection. It took weeks of back and fourth experience I have ever had. The first sold me a vehicle that was not street legal and couldn’t not pass inspection. It took weeks of back and fourth before they took the other vehicle back and sold me a different car. After I got a different vehicle I had multiple issues getting them to get me me plates. They kept giving me the run Around on why my plates where not ready. Had to tell them I was taking legal action before my plates finally showed up. Several months later I needed to get my vehicle serviced. The service center kept screwing things up. They would have me show up and then tell me your car needs to stay for multiple days and didn’t even inform me about loner vehicles. I had several failed attempts due to there lack of information before I finally went there and they tried to charge me money for a loner car. This is something that should have been told to the customer before they go to the service center. There GM is a con artist there are multiple reviews where he calls everyone a liar Evan after they show proof. These guys are slime xxxxx and I would never do business with them again. I will make sure everyone I know never does business with them. More
