Greg was so helpful We came in three times: once to look at and test drive an Atlas, another to start initial purchase paperwork, and a third to finalize paperwork and pi We came in three times: once to look at and test drive an Atlas, another to start initial purchase paperwork, and a third to finalize paperwork and pick up the vehicle. We worked with Kacper the first time, and we're happy with our experience with him, he was friendly and knowledgeable. On our second visit, Kacper was busy with another customer, so Greg worked with us to choose a vehicle and start paperwork, take a deposit, schedule pickup, etc. He was also very helpful and we enjoyed working with him. He gave us a fair value for our trade in as well. The day we were supposed to pick up the car, Kacper got in touch with us saying they found damage on the car we had selected, so they would need another day to locate a vehicle for us. Next day, he told us they had one we could pick up that evening. We were anxious to pick it up, so we rearranged work schedules and arranged for child care the second day in a row, and went to the dealership, to find out there wasn't going to be a finance manager available for several hours. My husband had to take an Uber home to pick up our kids, while I waited hours to finalize the purchase. Greg was very accommodating and helped expedite the process as much as possible, once I got into the office with Doug it was super quick. When I was ready to leave with the new car, I had to wait for Kacper to come back from a test drive because he had the car keys. After all of that, the first day I had the car, someone dented my driver's side rear door in the grocery store parking lot. I was very upset, but Greg went out of his way to arrange a quick service appointment to have it fixed, as well providing me with a loaner vehicle. He more than made up for the frustration of the mix-up about picking up the vehicle. More
