Three Months + And No Plates/Registration I bought a new VW from this dealership in November of 2017 and had it delivered to me in CA the beginning of December. The dealership was responsible for obtaining my tags & registration. At the end of January, my temporary registration expired and, to date I have still not received my tags, not been able to drive my new car and, worst of all not had any communication from JD (other than initiated by me) as to what's happening. I had to contact VW America to intercede to find out what's going on. I'm paying insurance on both the new car and older vehicle since I cannot sell it until I get the tags for the new car. Needless to say, this is extraordinarily bad business and would practically be considered malpractice in any other profession. I'm still waiting . . . . More

If you want to buy today, great. If not, that's okay, too.' He then followed that by backing up his words in actions. He answered every question I had about the car, the leasing process, even how to turn off my cabin lights once I got the car home. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More
