Thank you! I had recently lost my previous car and was trying to find a new one I loved. I kept going to other dealerships but they were very rude and dismissive I had recently lost my previous car and was trying to find a new one I loved. I kept going to other dealerships but they were very rude and dismissive towards me. Luckily I found my car while looking a random car dealerships near me. I came in and take to them and they were immediately so helpful and kind. They were the first and only dealership to actually treat me like a real customer. I’m so glad that I bought my car from them! More

SEL or R Line Was at my witts end trying to step into a Tiguan SEL . Terrible customer service & experience WHY did I come back here I ask myself. I wrote a review on this place a year and a half ago (you should read it after this one) so I thought they woul WHY did I come back here I ask myself. I wrote a review on this place a year and a half ago (you should read it after this one) so I thought they would have gotten their act together by now. They did NOT. I wish Tony still worked here because he was the only competent employee there... Once again Im back to fix the same issue as last time. I only go here due to location reasons. They have my car for 2 days again to attempt to fix it. I was working with a service representative Juan. After the 2 days I call him to find out if I can pick up the car and he says they are about to "test drive" the car to make sure nothing is wrong and it is fixed, he will call me back in 10min to confirm. He calls me 30min later to confirm they test drove it and its good to go. I get there and pick up the car and as I am pulling out the parking lot the car has the SAME issue I brought it in for and the check engine light comes back on. There is no way anyone test drove the car because they would have felt the jerking motion as the gas pedal is pushed. I called Juan immediately to advise him of this, he asked can I bring it right back. I could not because I was on my way to work and can I bring it the following day which was a Friday. I requested a loner car though because I already lost 2 days of work for them to "fix" my car. He said none would be available and to call back that following Tuesday to see if there were any cancellations. That is ridiculous. I asked him to call me back that Saturday to provide an update and of course I received no call. I called on Saturday to speak to a manager and they said there is no manager on Saturday! I asked how do I resolve an issue, Emily advised me she will have a manager Fred to call me back on Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. She assured me he would call back in the morning and she would call me as well. Here it is 2pm on Tuesday and no call from Juan, Emily or Fred the manager. This is the same exact thing I went through last time.. I finally got the manager Fred on the phone around 2:15pm. I let him know I was advised I would receive a call from him in the morning to help resolve my issue and his response was "I was in meetings all morning". No apology or any kind of empathy, he was not personable AT ALL. So I tell him everything that happened and instead of looking for ways to resolve the issue, he gets defensive... My issue with the car was my injectors and when a job like this is done they suggest to get a carbon cleaning while the engine is open so it wont be as expensive as if they had to open it then do it. Since I did not get the cleaning done when the engine was open Fred said "you are crazy for not getting this done when the engine was open". I said excuse me?? Did you just call me crazy?? Is this how a Manager speaks to customers? I then asked him if he knows why I didnt get it done and he says "probably because you couldnt afford it". I was at a loss for words. I asked him again if this is how someone in his position speaks to customers. He then says "Am I right though?" I could not believe a Manager was saying these things to me, I feel extremely disrespected. I told him I will take this up with Corporate and I hung up. I refused to continue to be disrespected and I would obviously get nowhere with Fred. It is very disappointing how poorly this dealership is being ran. Being called crazy and then telling me I couldnt afford service is absolutely unacceptable and I will be filing a formal complaint with Corporate. I contacted the General Manager of this dealership and advised him of everything that transpired. He said he will review everything and call me back the next day. He NEVER called back even after I left 3 messages. I filed a formal complaint with VW Corporate & BBB (They have an "F" rating). No resolution to this day. Worst experience I have ever had. It is sad a business like that can still be open with that kind of customer incompetent service. More
